We stayed two evenings while visiting Kars/Ani. Samet was a very responsive and helpful host. The instructions on how to access the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was very clean and looked like the photos. This is a good base for visiting Ani and to walk to the city center.

Amazing cozy stay. Daniele is an amazing host who is polite and sweet. Responsive throughout the stay. Coming to stay it’s absolutely matches with what he showed in the photos. Cozy stay with necessary amenities and situated in city centre. Highly recommended

Nice place centrally located in old city

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place had a very typical Gyumri atmosphere, which made our experience even more special. It was peaceful, very clean, and had a unique charm. One of the highlights was listening to our neighbor play the piano—it added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want to experience the authentic spirit of Gyumri!

Armine is a great host. We felt at home from the very first second. The apartment is beautiful, very comfy and well equipped. If you are planning to visit gyumri, make sure to stay at her place!

Mr. Özhan's interest and relevance was perfect. The house was nicer than it looked in the photo. The amenities were very good, I felt like I was in my own home. My first address for accommodation will be Mr. Özhan's residence again when I come to Kars.

Spacious, clean stay with 2 bedrooms with all the amenities in a back street in the center of Gyumri. Suitable for a family with 2 children but there are possibly more sleeping places to create.
