This is probably one of the nicest Airbnb’s in the Pocono mountains! Dawn is an excellent host and is very communicative! Check in was a breeze, the house was cozy and the views from the deck was just stunning! We loved our stay here and hope to come back again!

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

Loved staying here for a last minute getaway! We had a great time and got done much needed relaxation in. We both agreed that we would stay here again. Great communication and had everything we needed! No complaints and had an AMAZING time!

Such a perfect getaway spot. The house was super clean and felt like home. We took advantage of the fire pit and the grill, the hot tub was a great addition! Definitely will be coming back!

Jessica's restored barn is amazing and one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! The photos don't do it justice! The barn is unique and has the most incredible views! The sunset experience is A++, and the deck is the most serene place to have your morning coffee. The most impressive part is how clean the space is- I'm not sure how she does it! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need from a popcorn maker to a vitamix. There are spaces to sit, relax and nap in every corner of the house. It is immaculate, thoughtful, peaceful and comfortable. Bonus- if you love music, there is an insanely good CD & record collection. Jessica was so responsive to any of our outreach and we will 100% be back. *10/10 would recommend, this place is a total find!!

Tiffany's place had all the comforts of a space away from home. Comfortable mattresses with spotless linens n big, plush bath towels.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Emerald, we didn't want to leave! We definitely plan on returning for another stay. James is a great host, very personable, friendly and very helpful when we ran into a minor set back with the WiFi. the Emerald Villa definitely stands up to its name, it's beautiful charm makes you feel relaxed and at home. ❤️

The cabin is warm, cozy and comfortable. It was a perfect location for a couples weekend. The kitchen is loaded with great appliances and tools so we had a great time cooking. The sauna and hot tub are an attractive addition too, we barely left the cabin all weekend. Thanks Jermaine!

The house is beautiful and cozy, with lots of natural light and high ceilings.!…The kitchen is equipped with all the basics (cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, pans). They even provide coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, salt, seasonings, and paper towels. A welcome basket with everything you need to make marshmallows for the kids was included. The bathroom is very clean and modern (they even provide toothbrushes). I mention this because, For me, details count a lot when choosing a place to vacation and relax, and the most important thing I felt at home away from home!…

My friends and i had the BEST weekend at this home- would HIGHLY reccommend! Beautiful lake front with lots to do around! The hosts were attentive and wonderful to coordinate with. House was clean, and beautifully decorated. Lots of games to play inside and outdoor yard activities, perfect wor whatever kind of weather you may get during your stay. Very good location not too far from New York City. You feel like you are away from everything. But in the meantime, you have everything around you. My kids enjoy. What a great experience! The Woodside A-Frame is a beautifully designed house, built with love and care, and it shows. Our family couldn't have asked for a better time. I had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! From the moment I walked in, it felt so cozy and homey, like a true escape from the everyday hustle. Every little detail was thoughtfully done to make the space feel inviting and comfortable. The furniture was super comfy, especially the couches and beds perfect for curling up after a day of exploring or just relaxing indoors with a good movie on. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the fire pit outside. It was such a peaceful spot to wind down in the evenings — making s’mores under the stars was a highlight of the trip. The setting is quiet and serene, surrounded by trees, which made it feel even more like a hidden gem. I would absolutely love to come back here the next time I’m in the Poconos. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy nature without giving up comfort. Highly recommend!

Family of 9 had a great week here! Instructions for entering through the development were a little odd, but we all managed to make it to the house after weaving through the neighborhood. We felt the house supplied enough of the necessities (TP, paper towels, soap etc.) My kiddos LOVED the hot tub and arcade game. Navigating the development was an experience. We liked having the lake/beach access available (bring your own chairs!) We were unable to use pools as they were only open on the weekends (Even in JUNE, and we did NOT know this) My main complaint was the dog fur and dust bunnies on carpets and under the beds. The hot tub was serviced twice on our trip and we were never notified. We utilized the fire pit, but you must provide your own wood. Blackstone grill was great for mass cooking. The deck and concrete patio are also in need of TLC and would NOT recommend if you have littles crawling around.

our stay was wonderful. the house was so cute and trendy, and Haifa was an awesome host! Definitely would stay here again and enjoy the outdoor deck in the warmer months!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with friends. The backyard was cozy and had just what we needed to relax and hang out as a group. The fenced yard was great for our dog. The kitchen was gorgeous and suited us well for the few dinners we cooked. The kids loved the toys & games in the play room as well as the huge bathtub, having 3 bathrooms was awesome! Everything was SPOTLESSLY clean and Patrick was very responsive with any questions we had. Thank you for having us!

This was a multi-family get together for skiing in the community ski slope. Very nicely furnished, layout was good for all the kids and adults to hangout. Had all the technology for Google TV and roku TV so we could access our favorite streaming services. Each room has it's own baseboard heater and thermostat so there were no chilly rooms during our dead of winter stay.

We had a fantastic stay at La Caseta! The house was very cozy, comfortable and well stocked for our needs! We loved reading by the fireplace, playing board games and shuffle board, and fishing by the lake. The attention to detail was much appreciated all throughout the house and the welcome guide was extremely comprehensive. We really enjoyed several of the recommended hikes and a few of the local restaurants. Pizza at Palermo’s was a hit! Be sure to visit Ritter’s market for some goodies. Our boys loved the S’mores kit and an evening by the fire pit. Thank you, Suzanne and Bradley!
