The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Chalet with 2 independent apartments ideally located in the village "Le Bois" at the massive foot of the Tournette. In a very quiet, relaxing setting. Sleeps 4 with a BBQ area in the garden. Various activities to discover nearby: Lake Annecy and its nature reserve, the caves and waterfalls of Seythenex, paragliding, canyoning, golf in Talloires, hiking, 2 minutes from the Col de la Forclaz, with restaurants and family ski resort. The surroundings will delight athletes with its activities, as well as couples and families who love nature and tranquility. The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and from the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the Aravis ski resorts (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Magnificent views of the mountains! My house is ideally located for water sports and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxing and admiring the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
