Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

Traditional year round Adirondack cottage located in Wells, NY the heart of the southern Adirondacks.The cottage has an open floor plan offering guests a family & living room both with wood stoves, an open kitchen/dining area, 1st floor bath & laundry. The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. A large open air porch makes a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, large enough for evening entertaining after a day at the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away.

You'll love this property for all it has to offer! This is a beautiful and spacious loft with great views of the lake directly across the street. The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.

Please note: - 1 adult dog welcome (no puppies or cats), with pet fee - busy season housekeeping days are Mon and Fri (so 3 day weekend, 4 day midweek or one week arriving on a Mon or Fri is possible) - only guests on lease to be on property (no parties)
