Natural gas heating in the comfort of your own home. The charge is set per person. This is the price for 2 people. For additional guests, a charge of 1,000 TL per person applies. You can use the parking and the garden (shared use) . You can have a fire and camp in the garden at night. Firewood IS CHARGED. 300₺ per sack. Glass fire place THERE IS NO ALCOHOL USE IN OUR PLACE.

Villa Wonka Sapanca Our villa, which is 6 minutes on foot from Sapanca train station and 15 minutes from the lake, is designed for you to have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones. You can enter our heated pool by taking just one step from the house and stay peacefully in our house with floor heating and a fireplace. Apart from our 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, we have a sofa on the mezzanine that can be converted into a double bed. (Pool heating is turned off during the summer months.)

okay, we have a detached stone bungalow in the garden with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 6 people can stay with the sofas in the living room. We have a barbecue and fire pit in the garden and a closed gazebo. There are all the kitchen supplies that should be in a house. Our 3x7 meter pool is completely sheltered. I prefer our guests to be family members or groups of girlfriends. Thank you. Our pool is heated.
