You can use the parking and the garden (shared use) . You can have a fire and camp in the garden at night. Firewood IS CHARGED. 300₺ per sack. Glass fire place THERE IS NO ALCOHOL USE IN OUR PLACE.

Sapanca merkeze uzaklık 4 km dir. Kırkpınar’a uzaklık 15 dakikadır. Ev ve havuz bakımı yalnızca misafir girişlerinde yapılır. Havuz ısıtması yaz sezonunda aktif değildir.

okay, we have a detached stone bungalow in the garden with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 6 people can stay with the sofas in the living room. We have a barbecue and fire pit in the garden and a closed gazebo. There are all the kitchen supplies that should be in a house. Our 3x7 meter pool is completely sheltered. I prefer our guests to be family members or groups of girlfriends. Thank you. Our pool is heated.
