"Alegria" dreamy views in a place to fall in love

Alegría is a warm 60 m2 loft, bordering a coihue grove, equipped with a large tub, freezer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, comfortable bar counter, living room with lake view and a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and large TV screen. It has a beautiful natural balcony overlooking the lake. For a baby up to 10 months old, we limit the living room to 2 armchairs and add a baby crib. For the months of January and February, we would appreciate it if you could try to book a minimum stay of 7 days. Our 2-hectare property is located in the heart of the area's great landscapes and natural beauty, but the significant distances between them suggest having a vehicle or being willing to walk the 2.5 km that separate us from the highway and public passenger transport. If we coordinate, we will gladly take you or pick you up. ALEGRÍA has a sunny terrace garden with a nice view of the lake, equipped with an American-style grill, table and outdoor chairs. At ALEGRIA we have space to add a baby crib. Just let us know when booking At the entrance of this peninsula, there is a small shopping mall with a cafeteria and general store. There is also the Regatta Club where you can rent rowboats and kayaks, or Campanario Hill with views over the surrounding lake park. About 600 meters from ALEGRÍA is the beautiful and very spacious Playita de los Álamos (beach), ideal for children because of its beach coast. It is important to have a car, but for those who visit us in search of rest and tranquility without intending to go on longer excursions or looking to do them by bus and trekking, we will gladly pick you up and take you to your terminal. For daily trips between Bariloche and Llao Llao, bus line 20 runs continuously. The entrance to this peninsula has a stop at kilometer 20 of this route. The journey from Bariloche by public transport takes 40 minutes. We've found that guests who arrive in peace find peace, we've discovered that those who arrive in love fall even more in love, we've discovered that those who bring happiness with them not only spread it to those around them, but usually leave even happier.

The lagoon El Trebol is located on the Circuito Chico, about 30 minutes by car from downtown Bariloche. When found on the "Circuito Chico" you are a few km from places of incredible beauty: - Distance from Cerro Campanario ( the seventh best view of the world! ) : 2 km - Distance from Swiss Colony: 5 km - Distance to View Point: 3 km - San Pedro Peninsula Distance: 4 km - Distance to Cerro Catedral: 20 km If you do not have own transportation, there is public transport of passengers 20 minutes walking distance from the house and a bike rental is 20 minutes walking distance. This little house is a beautiful building unique for its shape and quantity of details in every corner. We did it with the help of friends respecting the basic rules of permaculture. It is in a wooded and quiet area surrounded by native trees. We are a block from a lagoon with a beach and a spectacular view. It is suitable for bathing and swimming.

Looks just like the photos! This was a beautiful 4 bedroom property. Located on the lake, on the Circuito Chico scenic drive, very secluded. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Bariloche so having a car is (probably) necessary (not sure about availability of Uber in the area). But you will not be disappointed. The house has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. And Maximo and Claudio, the hosts, were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful few days. Karen is an excellent host. The house is spectacular, very beautiful and comfortable for two families, an excellent location for those looking for full contact with nature. It's definitely to be recommended. It will be our first choice in Bariloche.

The house is beautiful, just as seen in the photos and even better. We are a family of 4 and were more than comfortable. Some more people could be accommodated without problems. Carlos always responded quickly and the three minor needs we had were quickly resolved. I highly recommend this property and would definitely come back.
