Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Laguna Niguel

Inna's place is spacious and beautiful. You can tell a family lives there by all of the amazing kitchen items, but she was very thoughtful with guest amenities like terry cloth robes and dropping off a bag of coffee beans for us to use in the espresso machine. Speaking of thoughtful.. She went above and beyond to make a late night trip our first night there to replace some air filters I requested. She is super nice and the neighbors were welcoming also. Only item I wished we knew ahead of time is that her family uses the garage for storage and it's not accessible for guests. But overall, not a biggie as her driveway can fit two cars. We plan on coming back!

The place was exactly as described! We stayed there to prepare for a wedding and the place was wonderful. The rooms were all clean and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The host was very responsive and nice throughout. I saw a previous review mentioning roaches and was a little concerned but we didn’t see any and had a great time. Thank you to Ryan and the team for a great stay!

Very accommodating. Made our stay so enjoyable. Whenever we reached out for anything, the hosts were more than willing to try to help. The home was clean, open and as advertised. Would definitely stay at this place again! Thank you again for the hosts. We had an amazing time.

Instructions were accurate, door was a little difficult to get into but that was made clear from the get go and then was able to use a key, which made it easy. Place was just as described, roomy, clean and comfortable. It truly is a great place to stay.

This beach house could not have been more perfect! The location is everything. I swear we found one of the most private beaches with staying at this property. The property had all the amenities and we really felt at home. Kathy was sooooo helpful. Her communication was great. We would absolutely come back and stay. We saw dolphins and sea lions from the back deck.

Easy check in and checkout. Quiet, family neighborhood. Patio with wood-fired grill and nice table. TV with all the apps we needed (mainly ESPN). One bathroom upstairs, half bathroom by the entrance. Keurig in the house and a nice bagel place nearby. Also an Albertsons 2 minutes away. Great stay! No issues came up that we needs to talk to Janelle about, which I see as a sign of a well- run AirBnB!

This was our third stay at The Shack! If you're traveling to the peninsula, the price for this location cannot be beat — walkable to Pavilions, the beach (including the boardwalk), Lido, and so many fantastic restaurants. The condo is clean, comfortable, and offers great people watching from its second-story vantage. Will continue to recommend!

We had a great time staying here. Plenty of space for our group as well as easy parking. Great location for Dana Point. Would recommend staying there again.

Do not hesitate booking this stay for your next vacation. The absolute perfect location, most charming little beach condo, INSANE VIEW!! Close to everything you need in the sweetest town. Steven is amazing and extremely helpful

Place was clean, check-in was easy, the amenities I was interested in (parking and laundry) were very appreciated and seemingly rare in the area. A friend jokingly commented that it was "locked up like Fort Knox" with the multiple layers of coded access, but given the neighborhood vibe I didn't strictly mind. One nit I ran into is that I wanted to do laundry but couldn't find any sort of detergent in the unit and had to bop over to a corner store -- but otherwise a great stay!

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

This was my third stay at Barbara's condo. I've enjoyed each visit. The location near the beach, restaurants and stores is ideal for those who like easy walking access. I rarely have to drive during my visits. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable for long stays. I highly recommend staying at Barbara's place!

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

Incredible views! We loved our stay and plan to book again! Comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating options from which to enjoy the incredible views. Comfortable beds and all furniture in great condition. Only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the lighting outside the front door. Many positives to our stay
