Melissa’s cottage was exactly like the description and photos! So cute and so close to the beach and to downtown! The sauna was such an extra bonus. We used it everyday. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Great place. Immaculately clean and the views from the room were beautiful. Good location for all of the OC's offerings and attractions, very central and close to Disneyland and the beaches. Only issues were the building. Pool is unheated so a little cold for May, and two of the three elevators went down for several days. Otherwise, great stay!

Great experience, felt very at home. It was really nice to have someone at the front desk to provide an envelope with a key and to know I was in the right place clearly. Walkable to grocery stores Yoga and of course the conference center and beach. I wanted to extend my stay, but the place was already booked!

This one-bedroom Airbnb in a luxury Santa Ana apartment exceeded expectations. The space was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had high-end amenities. The building offered great security, a pool, and a gym. The host was responsive and accommodating. Perfect for a comfortable, stylish stay highly recommend for business or leisure!

We stayed at Jay's place for a week. We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law who just had a baby and the apartment was 1 mile from where they live. I would say the location is exceptional to restaurants, markets and overall shopping. The beach was a 20 minute drive. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essential necessities. Jay was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The living room was cozy and comfortable. What an amazing place at an amazing location. Plenty of things to do around the condo. Quick access to highways. You can listen to the waves at night. Entire condo has everything you need and I mean everything! Someone previously complained about the furniture but the chair is so relaxing after a full day out. Don’t get rid of that chair.

I parked my vehicle and didn't have to drive it until we left! Everything was within walking distance and worth the views while walking. I loved the view from the balcony, the beach was close. We left the windows open for the fresh air, just a fan as needed. I absolutely recommended this place, Mindy was a beautiful and wonderful host. The bed nearest the window was so soft and the sheets were so comfortable! Mindy, where did you get those sheets? Everything you needed for a beach day was already in the apartment, no need to bring your own! It was free of clutter and absolutely beautiful facility. The pool was not overcrowded, we did not indulge. The koi pond was serene, bring some quarters to feed them. The foliage and flowers around the property attracts beautiful butterflies. This is a must stay place!!! Thank you Mindy for accommodating my needs and time frame. You were the only one that was so flexible! THANK YOU!

We had an amazing stay in Oceanside. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. We loved the location—close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything Oceanside has to offer. Our host, Reen was always quick to respond, gave us awesome local recommendations, and made us feel like more than just guests. If you’re headed to Oceanside, this is the place to stay. Great Airbnb within walking distance of the beach. Can hear the sounds of the ocean from the condo. Host was very friendly and communicated well. The best was super comfortable and room felt great at night with the windows partially open. This location was very clean and had a fresh smell. Sofa looked a little dated, dont let that make you pick elsewhere as it was very comfortable.

Michael was a very nice host. Great communication, very helpful. He greeted us and took us in. Explained everything. Reserved this place for my 3 family members. Overall a good place. Couple of issues they mentioned: Couch for 3rd person to sleep on was ok. Michael did offer a mattress if couch wasn't very comfortable. The bedroom was comfortable. One toilet and one shower. 2 sinks for brushing teeth. Toilet is a jack and jill style as is the shower. Kitchen was perfect! Very clean. Large fridge. Nice office type small desk. Excellent views of trees from back windows. Shower has been repaired with what looks like special tape on the bottom a bit. Garage was comfortable and clean. Nice easy access washer and dryer. There is an open staircase that's quite steep ( going downwards)if a person were to take a wrong step could fall downstairs. I wish there would be a gate to be more safe for guests walking past the staircase. Overall a very nice place. Michael is a great host!

This place is perfect and right in the heart of Orange County being minutes away from the Beach, Airport (John Wayne) and Irvine Spectrum. Paris’ place was very easy to find and welcoming, a very neat and clean place to stay. Paris gave me a list of local things to do in the area and left the pool key right at the front entrance for our entertainment and comfort. I come down to OC once a month for school, I would like to use Paris’ place again in the future when I come back down. Thank you again for hosting me and my little family.

The property itself is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity we could need. The cozy, modern interior made us feel right at home, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cooking.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious and airy, the beds were comfy and the sauna and hot tub really hit the spot. The pool was also perfect for a “cold plunge” after the sauna (we chose not to heat it). The backyard was a perfect hang out spot and we decided to hang out here instead of going to town. Also enjoyed the local Farmer’s Market. The toilet paper was also super nice!

Megans place was organized very well and felt really homey! The spacious backyard was nice and had plenty of seating and lighting for a large group. Anything you needed as far as beach accessories was included such as beach towels, chairs, and even surfboards. We enjoyed our time and slept very comfortable. 10/10 host and home! Well worth our stay and would book again.
