Wonderful family house with 3 bedroom & 2,5 bathrooms - suitable for 6 people & 10 minutes walk to a stunning beach, 20 min. to Portugal & one hour to Seville. We are child friendly with all utilities & you got everything you need to lean back & enjoy your holiday. Babybett, cooking & all kitchen utility, beach stuff, games etc. The townhouse is located at a very nice golf area with pool & tennis court. A parking space is also available, as well as internet. You will stay in a cozy apartment on the first floor of a beautiful house not far from the water. You can sunbathe on the balcony and get comfortable with the beautiful furniture. On hot days, you can cool off with a dip in the community pool before heading out for a walk by the river or the beach. Its good location offers services such as bars, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, pizzerias, etc. (The pool is only available in July and August) Pets are not allowed.

Kevin & Bimba - beach apartment

This flat has been our holiday home on the beach since 1990. In 2021 it was completely renovated and now has a spacious bathroom with natural light, a bedroom with good storage and an open-plan living room and kitchen with direct access to the garden, barbecue and pool. Alagoa beach, Altura's main beach, is just 900 metres away, about 5 minutes on foot. The Altura Market, the supermarkets Pingo Doce, Aldi and Intermarché and several terraces are about 3 minutes walk away.

El Rompido. Charming townhouse

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

Tavira is a 14-minute drive away. Living room with fireplace, bedroom upstairs (double bed), small living room with extra bed (convertible sofa 1 or 2 people; communicates with the bedroom), nice and well-equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet. A dream.

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
