House holiday rentals in Laguna beach

I had the pleasure of staying at two of Sonia's places over the past 8 months, first the 5 BR villa and this trip, the 4BR villa. My experience from the time of booking until the time to check out, was awesome. I love her places and this one is a gem. The location is top notch, there are so many things in walking distance or a short drive away, the life of the Dominican people are on full display on the 'Malecon' blvd, and the neighbors (both residents and businesses) are extremely friendly. Sonia's property is beautiful, it feels like home, it's private, and has all the amenities you need. All you really need are your suitcases, that's it. The staff made my stay effortlessly, I truly wish my time did not have to end. I highly recommend this property and all of her properties.

The villa was great this is my second time staying there and was still impressed as if it was my first time being there. The host was very responsive and had great knowledge of the surrounding area I will always stay at this villa on my trip back to DR💯.

Desde el primer momento, la experiencia fue excelente. El lugar es tal cual como se ve en las fotos: bonito, acogedor y muy bien cuidado. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Llegar fue súper fácil, y la comunicación con el host fue de lo mejor: siempre atento, pendiente de cada detalle y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda. This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

First I would like to say that my boyfriend, my dog and I had a wonderful time at Villa Belisia Maria. We all felt very comfortable and cozy here. The place was walkable to the beach but since it was rainy we had to drive less than 10 minutes. The pool was perfect, the Villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very well organized and clean. The host Jhoselyn was helpful from the start and very welcoming. The manager Danny was also very helpful from the start as he showed us how to get to the beach the minute we arrived at the villa. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions that we had. The property was very well kept and very beautiful greenery all around, making it feel peaceful and breathtaking. The inside of the Villa was neat, cozy and nicely decorated. There were supplies on hand like toiletries, towels, paper towels, cooking utensils and laundry detergents. All in all, everything was perfect for us! We would most definitely be coming back here next time.

Jaay was such a great host! Very responsive at any time & always provided us with restaurant recommendations as well as other activities. The house was spotless and so spacious! We had a group of 8 and there was more than enough room. I’d definitely recommend this beautiful home to friends/family.

If you’re looking to visit Puerto Plata and want to have enjoyable stay, packed with activities. You’re in the right place! Definitely good value for your money. The photos don’t do justice to the house! Totally enjoyed our stay and Franchesca’s help was a huge part of it! Her recommendations are superb! We definitely would be coming back and staying at Franchesca’s.

Fantastic views with all the amenities! We loved every minute of our stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Tre was very helpful and highly communicative with us throughout which is huge when you’re in another country. Being in a gated community was also a plus!

Villa Esperanza is the perfect escape right in the heart of Sosua. The pool and jacuzzi are a whole vibe—clean, relaxing, and surrounded by a beautiful, siren-like backyard that makes you forget the world. The BBQ area next to the pool is ideal for chill evenings and good company. Donny was a great host—super responsive and helpful. Be sure to ask him about his taxi guy, Carlos. That man knows every corner of the island and is your go-to for airport rides and getting around like a local. Also, don’t leave without trying Donny’s chef. Trust me—dude whips it down. Best meals we had the whole trip. Highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely be back.

Kelvin was a great host. Also, the description matched my expectations. The place is a great value and is close to many good restaurants (my favorite was Swai but I also really liked 2 others: La Capola and The Food Truck King). Kelvin was very helpful and welcoming.

Highly recommended, just had an issue with the ac at the back room and it took 2 days to be sorted out !
