This upstairs unit is beautiful and modern. It has an open concept living / dining area that is great for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the basics to cook your family a meal after a long beach day. We provide filtered water. There is central AC (don't be fooled you do need it in Newport). Central Air conditioned 2nd house from the sand! Literally right smack in the middle of Newport Beach. 4 second walk to beach, 4 min walk to restaurants and 10 minute walk to pier. Does not get more centrally located then this. 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the brand new Lido village area which consists of all new really cute restaurants and plenty of shops! Also there is where you can rent paddle boards or any type of boat you please. 3 parking spots (2 spots if over sized vehicles).
