I had such a lovely stay at this serene apartment in Ikoyi! Tucked away in a quiet and secure neighbourhood, it was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Lagos. The space was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless — just like the photos. The host (a gem!) was so responsive and made everything really easy. I felt right at home. Honestly, I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Lagos. I will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here. The light was truly constant and the host was responsive. The apartment is beautiful and everything was in working order. A few small issues were dealt with promptly. The host and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The apartment was perfect, cannot complain about anything all amenities that were listed were available and the apartment was pristine clean. No issues with internet or electricity. In the area there is many food places available like the place, chicken republic, Dominos etc all within walking distance of 5mins. Security in the area is also another part to highlight, security is very tight making one feel truly safe in the area. No need to worry about anything. I will Most likely make this place an apartment I will be booking whenever I am in Lagos. There are absolutely no negatives about this place. This should be everyone’s no1 Spot.

The amenities were also noteworthy, with fast and reliable internet access. The location was conveniently situated, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. Most importantly, I felt secure throughout my stay, which was a top priority. Overall, I would gladly return to this location and recommend it to others.

Beautifully designed and exactly as pictured! The apartment was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The host and caretaker were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the added touches like the PS5 and pool table, which kept the group engaged. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Lagos!

Amazing place. The host was always very responsive. The place is very secure and the flat is great value for money.

Derin is professional and friendly. Easy to work with and was always available 24/7 to answer questions or help. The estate is so private and secured with police and security men. The house is very clean. Nothing to complain. It's outside ikeja city center but just 12 min Uber to Ojodu bergar junction (4500 naira). Overall it's a great stay. Everything works. I will come again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Erandyoeo Court. Really lovely property in a great location in Lekki Phase 1 and not too far from most things. The property management team are really responsive and often went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. A home from home. Highly recommend.

I booked James’ BnB for my father who was going to be in Lagos for about 5 days. I kept asking, do you have any complaints for me to report? And his response till he left was, “None, whatsoever! I feel right at home.” James went above and beyond the duty of a host for my father and I’m grateful to him - from helping him sort out transportation to getting him a new place when he needed to extend his stay in Lagos, James is a super host and I wholeheartedly recommend! Great Stay with Family – Spacious, Clean, and Secure We recently stayed at this Airbnb with the family, and it was exactly as advertised. The living room is spacious, providing ample space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything working perfectly, which made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. The property was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. The estate is secure, with a code required to gain entry, giving us extra peace of mind. Electricity supply was steady throughout our stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay – we would definitely recommend it to others.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped with modern utilities. I felt at home. Host was very responsive. It looked just like the photos I saw prior to checking in. My kids loved the place. Only concern was electrical issue with the movie room that needed to be fixed. Overall, a wonderful place and I will definitely book again.

We had a great stay at Teddy’s place! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and exactly as described. Communication with Lisa, who helped manage the stay, was excellent — she was quick to respond and very helpful. Two out of three AC units worked perfectly, and the TVs were good quality, adding to our comfort. The bathrooms were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The lights went out now and then, but they always came back quickly, so it didn’t really bother us. The only thing we missed was having a few more amenities in the building and around the apartment complex. Other than that, everything inside the apartment was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Teddy and Lisa!

I would definitely be back to this place. The host was great. It was difficult to get there because it’s a newly estate in a fairly new street, but I felt safe. Chola is my guy!! Very helpful security and management team. They are quick to help you if something goes wrong. Though the area may not have much in short walking distance, you can uber to a near mall called Circle mall which is 5 minutes away or order and live real good. We enjoyed this place and they did us well.

True luxury, a proactive response to utility challenges, a clean apartment, friendly people, and real value for money. I will definitely look to book this apartment during my next visit.
