It's a 3 bedroom apartment, very well equipped, allowing a comfortable beech or city vacations. Private parking. 3 minutes walking to the Marina and 10 minutes walking to city centre. Meia Praia beech is at 15 minutes walking using the picturesque water bus. Supermarkets are also 5 minutes walk away.

There is also a foldout bed that can be used in the living room, the sofa in the living room is not a sofa bed. The apartment is not right for loud parties.
