The house of Mr. Valdemar is beautiful, spacious and super comfortable! It was neatly clean, large suites, fresh and smelling bedding and towels, wonderful pool, kitchen with lots of utensils, good mto air conditioners too! Sr Valdemar always mto kind and solicitous. Miinha família and I loved everything and we certainly intend to return soon!

Our stay was wonderful, everyone loved the house is good and wide, all very rustic and beautiful, pleasant atmosphere cozy space near the lagoon and the sea, pleasant atmosphere. Dona Rosa who is responsible for the house (Chaves) is a helpful and pleasant person very much requests in everything. Mirian the landlord is the quickest tenant to respond without mentioning that he is interested in leaving him as willing as possible and promptly! has met all our expectations... thank you very much for these wonderful days.

We spent a great time in this wonderful beach front villa♥️♥️♥️. we travelled with our whole family ( 7 adults and 2 kids of almost 5 years and 8 months). everything necessary was there. Nina the housekeeper cooked wonderful meals and prepared every morning breakfast. Airport pick up and drop off was perfectly organized by the hosts with whom I communicated before and during our stay. They answered every question. The beach barbecue with fresh fish which was organized for us was amazing. as well as the buggy ride through the dunes. we enjoyed every minute and we can recommend this villa without hesitation.

The house is good and served well what I needed. It is within a quiet condo, which gives a sense of security. The location is also great, with restaurant, market and other shops nearby. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful place, very well organized and with plenty of space. Communication with Keila is quick and both she and the housekeepers are very attentive. I'll be back more often!

The house is beautiful, perfect swimming pool, deck and backyard. The air conditioning of the rooms helps a lot to sleep well. Kitchen has everything, everything. The owner helped me with what I needed and my 6-year-old daughter wanted to live there. All perfect!

The stay was simply perfect! The location could not be better, literally by the edge of the beach, with spectacular views and the sound of the waves making it all the more relaxing. We were extremely well received by Rodrigo (homemade). He was always super helpful and kind. Overall, the house needs a lot of maintenance inside (windows, doors, old TV not smart, air conditioning that turned on by itself, lights that flashed all the time, windows and doors with trouble closing, showers that come out little water, laundry without a lamp. In the photos of the ad had decoration pots, liners on the tables, but unfortunately there was none of this available, falling short of the photos. The impression of everyone upon arrival was that it did not seem at all with the photos, as it was much smaller and needed good maintenance and decoration.

The person who rents the house is a company and they are very quick in their responses and requests, giving comfort to those who will rent the house. The house is as comfortable as the listing.

I had excellent days at Aline's house, the house is exactly as in the pictures and description, to go to the beach walking, very good space and the homemade Amaro responds fast and always helpful.

My stay at Leonardo's was just perfect! The house met all expectations and even surpassed them. Extremely comfortable, with a large pool and a wonderful deck, all very clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms had private bathrooms, all equipped with bedding, and the bathrooms were impeccable. The balcony with many closets was a charm apart, providing relaxing moments, and the ample parking accommodated several cars without any problem. In addition, I felt very safe throughout the stay. I would like to mention Mr. Antônio, the caretaker, who was extremely helpful and was always available when I needed something. It was a smooth and pleasant experience, with absolutely nothing lacking. I am extremely happy with my stay and will certainly return again with my family and friends. I recommend it without a doubt!

Zero flaws for this home. For those looking for a spacious home, with several environments for you to be comfortable in the house, kitchen, garden, rooms all very cozy. We spent 3 very well-enjoyed days at this residence. Taiba also did not disappoint, a small and very welcoming city. Great restaurants, beautiful and quiet beach. The overlook to watch the sunset, a beautiful tourist spot in the city. You could walk to and from the house to the city center. Amenities: market and pharmacy near the accommodation. The beach is very close to the house too. About the host: Mr. Emmerson is very helpful and polite, always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. Very transparent communication. The caretakers of the residence are also very nice people. For those wishing to visit Taiba, this accommodation is a great option, you simply feel at home. We will definitely be back.
