Beautiful family site in Lagoa Santa, with a complete leisure area, amidst exuberant nature with preserved forest. Well located (50 km from BH), easy to access, in a reserved location, it is an ecotourism route (close to Lapinha Cave and Sumidouro State Park), and is 5 minutes from the supermarket.

Casa tranquila e espaçosa. Ambiente perfeito para descanso e lazer. Ampla área externa e espaço de lazer com churrasqueira, puscina e fogão à lenha. Bairro tranquilo e seguro. Casa ampla e funcional com área gramada. Lote de mil metros quadrados. Bairro próximo à lagoa, com comércio e a vila militar próximos. Não fornecemos toalhas e roupas de cama, ficando a cargo dos hóspedes levar esses itens. A piscina não é aquecida e a casa não é em condomínio fechado.

A large verandah with hammocks and a wide view of the horizon, heated pool (solar energy), roofed BBQ area with sink, outside WCs (masc./fem.), fully equipped kitchen, dining and living w/home theater open widely to the swimming pool area with blindex doors. Suites have enclosed bathrooms and double doors to the verandah, air conditioner, TV, spring mattress, linen and towels 100% cotton. All the area is fenced and pet friendly! Asphalt paved up to the gate.

PetFriend Solar Heated Pool House

Loca dos Bacalhaus has a solar-heated pool and is 2 blocks from Lagoa Central in Lagoa Santa / MG. Close to everything, but absolute quiet! The house can accommodate up to 15 guests. If the number is greater than 15, it is mandatory to consult conditions before closing the reservation. We have a sauna, game room, gourmet area with barbecue and soccer field. All integrated with maximum security, comfort and tranquility.

O Aeroporto de Confins está ainda mais próximo: são 18km. Caso venha para Acaso Eventos, estamos a 700m de distância.
