O local não é aconselhável para crianças menores de 10 anos pois a piscina não tem proteção.. A casa possui poço artesiano e o acionamento é manual/eletrônico. Wi Fi de alta velocidade, Tv Smart, e um quarto com Ar condicionado , outro com ventilador de teto.
