In a large rectangular building, we find the main bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a desk, cupboards, a fan and mosquito nets, equipped with bed linen and towels. The private bathroom, integrated into the main structure, is inside the chalet and equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

You can rent a car in Jicoca. The house has normal access by road, and there are restaurants nearby. You can order a taxi or motorcycle taxi if you need to go to Jijoca. The house is in the middle of nature with 17 meters of freshwater beach and all the comforts.
