recommended anyways, always worried about any proactive eventualities very clear directions and warm home, they expected us with a warm stove which is greatly appreciated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you can feel at home. House located in a safe, quiet area. It is not close to downtown Osorno (there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby) but there are neighborhood stores to stock up. Good heating, the shower works well, everything is super!

Excellent cabin, with a great unicacion, having supermarkets nearby, the mall and the jetty a few blocks away. Hellen and don Manuel 10/10 always available and very friendly.

This is a terrific place to stay in Valdivia. The apartment is pefectly located close to the city/market but also only a few minutes from Niebla and other great places to explore. The apartment was easy to check into and pefectly spotless. Even though it is in a large building, it feels very cozy and you have access to a wooded area and dock down by the river, which makes it peaceful and close to nature.

The stay was better than we expected. We didn't know Osorno so we thought it was a very good location. We're going back

We would definitely stay in this condo again !!!! It is extremely well equipped with a wonderfully done kitchen …..the dishes appliances etc are all great ! Beds are comfy and the view is beautiful and tranquil. Easy 15 min walk to many great restaurants and bars. Plus the host is wonderful and very responsive and helpful !! A great choice to stay in Valdivia

Comfortable apartment for 4 people, had everything you need for our stay of 2 nights, quiet neighborhood, very well equipped building, everything was perfect and the communication with Constanza and Paulina was quick and fluid, thank you!

Everything was good. It had all the necessary implements to survive. As a note, maybe the stove doesn't work too well. We made some noodles and it took about 1 hour hahaha 😅 and I lost sight of the car as it was a bit far from the house, but everything was fine. There was soap, towels, a kettle, an electric oven, a refrigerator, sugar, plates, and glasses. The bed had a separate atmosphere, so to speak, and overall it was excellent and I would go back a thousand times.

Wonderful apartment, spotless, the view is even nicer than you see in photos, it's a magical place with a trail that you can walk around and enjoy nature, the apartment is extremely comfortable , it has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay, we will definitely come back

Very nice place, comfortable, cozy and with a lot of space for my dog to run and play, the only thing is that the climb is inclined, but I was in a hyundai i10 and went up impeccable, of course only me above the car lol otherwise everything was impeccable, the host is very friendly and worried🤭.

Ideal, quiet, 10 minutes by car from the waterfront. While the parking is indeed narrow, we were able to fit a large jeep in without any problems. Ana María is very attentive and is available if needed. The cabin is ideal with its two rooms on the second floor. We didn't cook any day, but it had everything to do so.

The cabin exceeded the expectations we had! Our days there were of total rest, relaxation and disconnection, as the natural environment along with the comforts of the cabin made our weekend an exceptional walk. It has many details to meet any need that may occur, and I hadn't seen that elsewhere where you have fair domestic accessories. Everything is spotless, clean and tidy.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, bright, it has the necessary kitchen accessories. It has an air for heating but reaches for the whole apartment.
