Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

The cottage fit 6 of us comfortably! Roberto and Alessio were responsive and gave excellent suggestions for places to visit/eat. We were spoiled being on the doorstep of the nature preserve and visited a few times during our stay. Recommend without reservation.

Our week in the Dream Loft in Sant’Elia was truly magical. We loved the vibe of the house, it was so authentic and carefully designed. Had everything we needed and I especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice and coffee in the morning. The location was absolutely perfect — the view was so beautiful and it felt like we were living in the movie Luca. It was close enough to everything we needed, the Sisa Supermarket and some lovely aperetivo spots and restaurants in Porticello. Mariangela was the most amazing host: Helped us so many times organising transport and even organised the most incredible cooking class for us in Palermo. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if we had any questions. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and we’ll absolutely be back the next chance we get!

I can highly recommend Villa Felice! Mariella gave us a very warm welcome. We were able to enjoy fruit from the garden, which was beautifully maintained. The view is great and the house was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. A highlight was certainly the jacuzzi and the pool with sea view! The villa is well located for excursions by car. We had a fantastic stay at Silke’s place. Tranquil location with stunning views and a stunning sunrise if you’re an early riser! I agree with many other reviews, the villa is even better in person. Alexandra and Alex greeted us, were extremely friendly and hospitable and were very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more from a hosting perspective. You’ll need a car to get the most out of the experience. Some of the roads leading to the villa are unpaved (no problem) but a car that isn’t super low would be preferable. The pool was warm, there were multiple comfortable outdoor spaces which we found positively impacted our stay. The whole design of the villa is great. The villa was perfectly equipped and we couldn’t ask for anything more during our stay. Would highly recommend!

We had three very nice days at Casa Limon. Werner is a helpful, friendly host. Communication before the trip was great. Werner responds very quickly and gives very accurate information. The place is clean and equipped with everything you might need. The city center and the beach are very easily accessible on foot and you can always find a parking space on the street. Thank you for the wonderful time!
