Il mio appartamento è situato nell' incatevole scenario di Chianalea di Scilla,borgo di pescatori ricco di profumi e colori tipici di questa splendida terra.L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione,basta aprire la porta per ritrovarsi circondati dal mare,a due passi vi è la piccola spiaggetta di San Giuseppe.E' un luogo incantevole e tranquillo che racchiude in se tutti i confort di una vacanza al mare:spiaggia,mare,sole,splendidi tramonti da osservare comodamente sdraiati davanti la porta di casa.

Due camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno privato in camera. Grande terrazzo e giardino con alberi, piante e fiori. Tu avrai: 2 posti macchina dentro il giardino e godrai sia della vicina spiaggia sia della tranquilla collina. La villa è perfetta per vacanza al mare, romantiche o di lavoro.

La mia struttura è situata in località residenziale, silenziosa e panoramica. L'accesso è in strada privata, Appena 30 metri fermata dell'autobus con Capolinea Stazione Ferroviaria e Messina Centro. A pochi minuti di auto, sono disponibili tutti i servizi necessari, ed a 14 km ingresso Autostrade Siciliane per tutte le direzioni. L' appartamento si affaccia sul mar Tirreno ed a pochi minuti di auto è possibile arrivare sul mare Ionio ed ammirare la spettacolare fusione dei due mari.
