Petros is a great landlord. Everything worked out. The Korona house was very clean and everything you needed was available. If we needed help, Petros was always immediately available. We felt like at home. An important point: You absolutely need a car to drive to the big supermarket, which is about 20 minutes away, but the area is very quiet and without much tourism. It was very nice to wake up there every day and see the sea from the house. We also saw the full moon over the sea on the last day. So if you are looking for a quiet oasis with a modern and well-appointed house, you have come to the place! One small criticism: every now and then, warning shots are fired from a "shot machine" by the neighbours during the day to deter birds in the fields. A neighbour nearby has many dogs, which you can hear from time to time, but that didn't really bother us.

Pieris' farm house is located in the middle of the well known Golden Donkey farm in Skarinou. The actual place is the top floor of one of the small museums found in the farm area (how cool is that). After the farm closes you will be by yourselves in about an acre of fenced land, with pathways, olive trees, donkeys, goats, etc (all fenced of course). It's a unique family experience. Pieris is a very experienced host, very friendly... as good as it gets. Definitely recommended for families with children.

The apartment was perfect for us. It is well appointed but not cluttered. The furniture and fittings are excellent quality and tastefully arranged. The location is ideal as a base for exploring the island or walking down to the beach for a dip in the sea. For us it had the added bonus of being close to relatives. Although you are aware of road noise from the A1 when you first arrive this diminishes to virtually nothing when you close the front door or are enjoying the exceptional views from the balcony. We would have no hesitation in booking again or recommending others to do the same.

What an amazing spot! The view is breath taking. The place itself is the bottom floor of a 2 floor house. We didn't see anyone else the whole time we were there. There's a big yard with pool and a place to sit out back and enjoy the view. Very nice stay indeed.

What can I say about this place other than it’s like a private paradise. I booked it with the intention of peace and quiet. This is exactly what I found and I am very grateful that I was able to stay here. The host Antreas is a wonderful human being who made everything so easy for me in every way. He was kind enough to meet me at the big Alphamega Supermarket and have me follow him to the house. Once you get up it you will be blown away. The house is large and oh so comfortable. Wonderful area outside to sit and read a book, Telework or whatever your heart desires. The tranquility of this place cannot be overstated. The kitchen is perhaps the most well stocked of any of the over 100 places I have stayed in. I cooked meals here easily and enjoyably. Slept comfortably in the large bed and the bathroom had everything supplied one could need. The only minor caveat would be it does get a little hot inside during the midday in summer without AC.I would gladly return to this place. TY Antreas
