A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Nestled in the heart of nature, but close to town, this one-bedroom apartment offers a rare opportunity (normally only available during retreats) to experience the deep serenity of the land, lovingly run by a Dutch and French couple. Wake up to breathtaking views of the Sierra da Estrela, and enjoy the rejuvenating spring water at every tap (incl shower). The pool is as natural as possible (little chemicals).

This authentic granite house has thick walls that insulate the house very well against the heat during the summer months. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms with two box-spring beds and bathroom. On the second floor you will find the large living room with open kitchen equipped with a wood stove, wood oven, dishwasher and microwave. We offer you privacy, fiber optic internet, parking, a large swimming pool and a river with waterfall on private property.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.
