First Floor of Barn - Our "Precious Past" Suite is the lower level of the barn and is decorated with antiques that will refresh your memory of bygone days. This suite has a queen bed, dressing table, armoire, a sitting area with love-seat, TV, a charming antique dinette, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. It has a bath room with a shower. It is located in the country on a pond, where you can fish and relax under the old oak trees. Breakfast not included in price.

Barn Loft of Breaux Bridge

The Barn Loft Suite has a king size bed, jacuzzi and shower, along with a small kitchen area. From the balcony of the Barn Loft Suite, one can observe the breathtaking view of the English gardens and the 200 year old majestic Evangeline oaks that canopy over the entire property. Also enjoy a private five acre fishing lake to take a pleasurable canoe ride or cast out a line into its calm waters. Breakfast not included in price.

Carriage House: Louisiana Room

Nestled in the shady oaks of Sterling Grove Historic District in Lafayette, our quaint Carriage House suite is tucked behind the main home. Your accommodations come with our cocktail hour from 4:30 pm to 6:00 p.m. and a gourmet breakfast freshly prepared each morning. Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. in the main house. Need a pet friendly room? We can accommodate with a $25 pet cleaning fee not included in the room rate.

Cottage: Cypress Family Suite

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. Cypress is located on the 2nd floor of the Cottage House. This 2 bedroom floor plan has a King bed in the master and a full size bed, sleeping 4 guests. There is a spacious living room with a mini frig and Microwave with coffee set up.

Mardi Gras Room

The Mardi Gras room is the first door on your left once you've passed though the kitchen and laundry room. Offers private bath, 1 queen bed, Keurig, cable TV, and access to all common areas: parlor, kitchen, glass porch, and laundry facilities.

Fais Do Do Room

The Fais Do Do room is the 2nd door on your right in the cottage adjacent to the main house. Offers private bath, 1 queen and 1 single trundle, Keurig, cable TV. Laundry facilities available on request. Breakfast available for $10/guest.

Lafayette Room

The Lafayette room is the third door on your left on the second floor. Offers private bath, 1 king, Keurig coffee maker, cable television, and access to all common areas such as parlor, kitchen, glass porch, and laundry facilities.

1890 Room

The upstairs 1890 Room boasts of two antique iron double beds and can sleep four. It has a private, quaint claw foot tub en suite. The room is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, cable access, as well as cottage charm.

Main House: Atchafalaya Suite

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. All antique furnishings highlight the beauty of the 18th century located in the Main House. Breakfast and on premises parking.
