Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Farmhouse - Périgord vert - Dordogne

A 105 m² single-storey cottage with no stairs, surrounded by nature and featuring a private pond. Fully independent, it can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a garden and a sunny terrace. The pool on our terrace is round (3.70 m, h 76 cm), made of plastic, Intex brand. A new pool will be built starting in May and finished in summer as planned. We welcome you in a warm and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or simply enjoying some quiet time alone.

Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in this gîte completely renovated between 2022 and 2023 located in Lagraulière. The town is ideally located at the crossroads of the economic centers: BRIVE (30 min), TULLE (20 min) and UZERCHE (15 min); and close to the A20 and A89 highways accessible in less than 15 min. In this cozy and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, it is wonderful to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in the summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already waiting for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course, everyone is welcome with us. Our cottage is a "little house in the meadow" located in the heart of the Périgord Vert and at the gates of Limousin. This farm was established here in 1810. Historic barn MH. Wooded area of 5000 m2. We have preserved the traditional character of the house, in a setting that is open to nature. Important: pets are accepted after agreement with the future host – Our property is not fenced.
