It was a wonderful stay with lots of well thought out accommodations and amenities. Lots of space to spread out for our family of four plus our dogs to be comfortable and have down time from all the activities around town. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed it. Phillip was a gracious, proactive host always checking to make sure everything was good before, during and after our stay.

We had a great stay at Wendy's. The pool and hot tub were the highlights. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely home with many amenities and great space! The home is located at the end of a very quiet, small road, and is just a few blocks away from main roads. Kristin was friendly and helpful, start to finish, and we had a great stay!

Great place to stay! Nice place for a couple. Big, comfortable bed. Very clean. Shirley was also very communicative. Hot tub was a great bonus! Would stay here again and recomend to others.

This was the perfect stay for my family! Beautiful home with comfortable beds and a great master bedroom shower? The real jewel is his backyard. The pool was perfect! Edward has provided plenty of pool toys, a fire pit, lawn furniture, super comfortable fake grass and a TON of shade! We all loved swimming as a family in the heat without the sun beating down on us having it on our eyes. Edward was a great communicator as well! Don't hesitate to book his house.

We stayed in town for my son’s college graduation. Jennifer was very sweet, she had graduation decorations for him. She was very easy to communicate with and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the house. The house was very nice and spacious. My large family was very comfortable!

We came in to San Antonio for our son's Air Force Tech School graduation, Elizabeth’s place exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious—plenty of room to relax and unwind after each day’s events. The original wood floors gave it a warm, classic feel that added to the overall charm. The location was fantastic—just minutes from the River Walk, which made it easy to explore San Antonio without the hassle of long drives or parking downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—especially for special occasions like ours. It truly helped make a meaningful week even more memorable.

This place was perfect for our stay in San Antonio! The house was clean and so cute with so many fun decorations and everything we needed for the stay. The location was close to downtown but still in a quiet neighborhood and Elisa was a great host that communicated everything so well!

We were looking for a place to host our family during the day and close proximity to downtown fiesta event. Manuel’s place did not disappoint. It was in walking distance to the Pearl and a great breakfast taco place right around the corner. Manuel was a great host too. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in San Antonio! Comfortable and extremely spacious, lots of restaurants nearby and super close to downtown/Pearl/Riverwalk. Host was so responsive and generous.

This is a great place to get away. The house had perfect amenities. The linens were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The dipping pool was fabulous and perfect size. The location is ideal for all the things around town. Steve and Cindi was very sweet and easy to talk too. The only thing I could say is that the ac unit did not blow very well. Besides that, everything was great.

Cozy house, game room came in handy to keep the kids busy, attentive hosts :)

This was our second visit to the River House and once again, it was a treat! We just LOVE this home. The decor is so vibing! Very…eclectic? Bohemian? Perfect, for our family. There are only two possible drawbacks to be aware of: both bathrooms are only accessible through a bedroom and aside from one king bed, all the rest are twin beds. We love San Antonio and are so glad we’ve found the River House to use as our “base”!!

Great Stay! Everything was as described, and the host was wonderful. Very organized and communication was the best! Comfortable beds, lots of room for our party of 4, and it would accommodate a larger group easily. It is obvious that the host takes pride in the property and wants the guests to have a wonderful stay, which we did. Would highly recommend.

From the time my family arrived to the house we were satisfied, left easy instructions for everything we needed in the house. Was attentive to us when we needed it. My kids and I made memories on this vacation will definitely be back to use this Airbnb again!

The 2025 graduates had a ball in a San Antonio. This house was in a great location for all the attractions they wanted to attend. They enjoyed that relaxing dip in the pool after a long day. All of the accommodations were great. We will come again. Thanks
