Completely renovated studio with independent entrance on the 2nd floor of a duplex in the Rosemont La Petite Patrie district. Balcony terrace furnished in summer with a small table and two chairs. Very bright and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. A 7-minute walk from Beaubien subway, ideally located to discover the little gems of Montreal and its surroundings on foot or by bike. There are two bedrooms, one king size and one double size beds.There is a sofa bed in the living room.There are a big kitchen has refrigerator,toaster,coffee machine,kettle,pot… This is a very quiet community, so we don’t make party and please keep quiet To the city center about 15 minutes by car
