The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Plenty of activities to do: swim from the dock, canoe/kayak, fish, bike, golf, ski, explore the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, etc. (CITQ#304057. Our cozy waterfront cottage is perched on a cliff with spectacular views of the lake. The property has a newly renovated dock, hot tub platform, fire pit and a very large picnic table that sits larger groups comfortably on a 12,000 square feet property. Available: 16ft canoe, Twin SUP: converts into kayak; 2 kid kayaks, floaters. The cottage has 3 bedrooms + a loft area. Upon request, a pack ‘n play is available. The common area has a luxurious 10inch Queen sofa bed.

Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts (kayaking, swimming, hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, spa) and just 5 minutes from the Lake 31 Milles public (Gracefield).
