Beautiful studio ideally located and fully equipped. Refurbished in 2025 with new bedding. It has a balcony ideal for the view, breakfasts facing the lake. It has everything you need for cooking. Access to the tourist office's Wi-Fi is free. At the entrance there is a bunk bed mattress 2025 an additional mattress underneath. It has a new 2025 Poltronesofa sofa bed that is very practical to convert. The apartment also has a private underground car park.
