Shirley a vraiment été une super hôte! Elle avait partie un petit feu de foyer pour nous avant que l’on arrivent. Elle nous a laissé des condiments, café et bouteille de vin 😇quelle belle attention! Nous recommandons sans hésitation, s’était mieux que sur les photos! Mon conjoint et ses employés on passé une agréable soirée, dans un décor féerique! Merci Shirley

Awesome place! Super spacious and the Sauna was wonderful. Definitely would recommend as a cozy cabin stay in the winter and I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s cottage. It had everything we needed for our relaxing weekend getaway. We sat on the dock and enjoyed the quiet lake even if it was during the winter. Will definitely be coming back in the summer or in the fall. Laura was responsive and a great host. Thanks again :)

Kelly’s place felt like Grandma’s Cottage, in all of the best ways possible. It felt like a home away from home. Everything is well thought out, with touches of vintage decor and boardgames. It felt like a blast from my childhood and was really special watching my son play with toys I would have played with as a young kid. My whole family felt comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, bonfires and cute town of Wakefield. We would definitely recommend and would rent again! Thanks so much Kelly for your wonderful hospitality!

I stayed at this place for the better part of the month of April and it was was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable and the property was beautiful, it was even nice enough outside for us to take out the pedal boat and kayak that they have for use. We felt right at home during our long stay and couldn’t ask for more!

I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice quiet stay hot tub was relaxing and the separate cabin was a plus for couples looking to get away.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the description and photos didn’t do it justice. The space was even more beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed than we imagined. Every detail was carefully considered, from the stunning surroundings to the little touches that made all the difference—like the wireless chargers conveniently placed throughout. The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and filled with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away. Communication with the hosts was exceptional. It felt less like dealing with a rental and more like chatting with a friend or neighbor who genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a getaway that exceeds expectations in every way, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay on Jim's lake was great. A peaceful family getaway. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All you need to pack is your clothes, food and personal toiletries and you are all set. Best stocked Air B ane B we've stayed at. Lots of water toys ( canoe, kayack, paddle boat) to keep you entertained. The kids loved the trampoline. Bring your fishing rods and be prepared to catch loads of bass! Shannon and Maureen are very responive and super helpful! Would recommend this cottage 100%

We absolutely loved our getaway to Elisabeth and David's Chalet! It was everything we were hoping for and more. It is a scenic getaway, easy to find, in a whisper quiet location, right on the calmly flowing Coulonge River. The internet was very strong, without a single hiccup. We took in many of the picturesque walking trails, and visited the Chute Coulonge, the canyon that the quiet little river roars through several miles downstream! We loved the beautiful 50s-style appliances and teal theme! We marveled at the solid wood staircase up to the loft and the view of the river is spectacular. We had lots of games, Internet and Satellite TV. Just 10 minutes away is the handy and historic community of Fort Colounge with a grocery store and burger shacks. Elisabeth and David are excellent hosts who wanted us to enjoy their Chalet. Thanks E and D !!!

la maison est encore plus spacieuse et jolie que sur les photos. il y a 1 c-a-c par étage et à l'étage supérieur, il s'agit d'une mezzanine à air ouverte. le terrain est tres grand et il est agréable d'y faire un feu. la riviere en face est sablonneuse et tres grande également. ce chalet doit etre formidable en été. avis aux grands adeptes de la cuisine : les verres à vin sont en plastique et la batterie de cuisine serait p-e à rafraîchir. sinon tout était parfait ! nous avons adoré !

We had an unforgettable New Year’s stay at this wonderful cabin! Perfect for a group of 10, the cabin offered a cozy atmosphere with stunning views of the lake. The spacious rooms, modern interior, and comfortable furniture made our stay incredibly pleasant. The jacuzzi was a highlight, providing warm and relaxing moments even in the cool weather. It’s an excellent spot for a holiday getaway – we will definitely come back again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was clean, it had a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms to sleep. The check-in process was easy and everything was easy to find in the home. Our kids loved the ping pong table. The hot tub was especially lovely as the weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped for! Again, a lovely visit and we would highly recommend. This is an excellently kept AirBnB and a really kind and thoughtful host. We had forgotten some belongings behind and were quickly notified and he offered to ship them back to us, making our life so much easier and solving a problem that could have been a headache! We will be back in the future!
