If you enjoy outdoor sports or just want to get away, reflect and check out the beautiful scenery and wildlife, do remote work, this location has it all. There are several walking/ATV trails that can be accessed from Sly Brook Road. From approximately mid January through early April, snowmobilers have additional trail access across Eagle Lake.

Hag’s Cabin

If you want access to trails this is the place for you. See pic of trail map. The houses are at the Violette intersection on ITS85. Also, there are two rentals. Hag’s Cabin and Hag’s House. The older place is Hag’s House. Both are at the same address.If you have a group maybe rent both. 5 minutes to Downtown Fort Kent. There is a car port off the garage that can be used to park or tinker snowmobile or wheeler. Both houses are very nice. New owner so still figuring this Airbnb thing.

Beautiful little cabin on the only private Island with one owner in NB and longest suspended bridge ! Unique, private, beautiful, completely renovated cabin with two bedrooms, surrounded by a forest. Paradisiac, perfect to rejuvenate, to have a break from crazy life ! UNIQUE Access via foot bridge, and available transportation for luggage and food. 2 pedal boats/ kayaks available on request and boat ride if I’m there ;-) Water is very clean! ATV, 4x4, Snowmobile Trails very close!

Our Cabin is right on the trail for ATV and Snowmobile access (73B which connects to ITS 85). Bring your friends or family and come enjoy this beautiful, peaceful stay!
