Built in 2019, the house with all amenities is located in a valued summer area, in the middle of a pine forest. 1 km away from Roosta holiday village, where there is a restaurant, adventure park, outdoor bar, parking lot, public sandy beach. The house has a spacious and bright kitchen-living room, 2 separate bedrooms, a sauna front room, a shower room, a steam room and a toilet. In addition, on the second floor there is a room with a balcony with a separate entrance. Use of the hot tub for an additional fee (with prior notice, price and conditions by agreement).

Juniper Minivillas – a place we created so you can leave the everyday noise at the door and enjoy the rhythm of nature and just being present. Here you can listen to the wind in the juniper and watch the sky change colors in the evening. The sauna is jewelry and heated by trees. Jacuzzi hot water is waiting for you no matter the time and time of year, always warm up to 35ºC. Sauna and jacuzzi are included. There is also a BBQ and BBQ charcoal is on our side.
