House holiday rentals in La Strea

We spent almost 3 weeks in this beautiful house and gardens and loved every single minute of it. The property was very comfortable and clearly loved and cherished by the hosts who have furnished it beautifully. The large outside space was perfect for dining out on warm evenings. We woke to birdsong each morning and felt completely relaxed. It’s the perfect position for visiting busy towns like Ostuni, Lecce, Otranto etc and we were 30 minutes from the lovely beaches of Porto Cesareo. Our stay was perfectly enhanced by the kind and gracious hosts. Antonio and Mira, who are the most wonderful people and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They provided us with lots of local information and were very responsive to our questions. We can’t thank them enough.

We just had a wonderful week at Guiliana's house. The pool was pristine, and the area was quiet and peaceful. The house cats and dogs were so calm and friendly, and it felt so homely to have them around. We felt very rested upon returning home and were so grateful for Guiliana's kindness in dropping off delicious pastries one morning and allowing us a late check-out, which made our travel day extra calm. We loved Puglia and will be back.

Very nice accommodation, very quiet location, nestled in a lovely landscape. Unfortunately, the kitchen lacks some utensils to cook yourself (peeler, good pans, cereal bowls, among others). It would be great if that were added. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied.

Superhost - exactly what you expext from superhosts. We were with a 1,4 year baby. - they provided all equipment you expect for the child. Our baby got sick, helped with the hospital, gave all recommendations we needed, always reaponsive and very friendly. Villa was super for families, can’t dream about anything else.

What can I say about Andrea's accommodation, it is identical to the photos with a lot of elegance and Italian charm. Andrea and his wife will make you feel at home, they are very attentive to you and it's really rare these days. We were able to eat in very good places following the recommendations and we were able to do an activity with a magnificent sunset thanks to Andrea. We are grateful to him for having been able to give us moments so that our holidays can go as well as possible. I can only recommend this place!!

We enjoyed a fantastic time in the appartment of Angelo. A morning coffee at the balcony or rocks down the stairs overlooking the see, is how you like to get up every day! Very clean, quick and friendly responses on whatever we asked. Beautiful surroundings to discover.

Villa Grandi Fiori is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Puglia. The garden is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced, giving you plenty of privacy. With the cozy terraces and the heated swimming pool, we even sat and swam outside on cool days. Inside, the house is spacious, atmospheric, cozy and equipped with every comfort. Everything is clean and of good quality. Oria itself is a surprisingly quiet and authentic town, with a nice atmosphere. And because it is so centrally located, you can also easily reach other beautiful places in Puglia

This was such an incredible stay for a friends getaway. House was beautiful and well kept and the pool area was fantastic!

Looking for extraordinary accommodation in the Specchia area? Then you have to put your suitcases in the Pajara de la Urpa!! A unique, enchanting, quiet, relaxing, green place where you feel so good in the middle of the birdsong. Rita and Vicky, the hosts, are keen to introduce their beautiful home, they are very attentive to us. Present on our arrival with a bottle in the fridge and present at the departure for a parting gift (typical pastries). A central point in Salento to discover Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, without forgetting these wild coves and the beautiful beaches of the South. Wonderful apartment on a quiet street with corner windows and great natural light! Alessandro was responsive to questions and helped me figure out a solution for getting my suit & tux wrinkle-free after a flight. Apartment itself is very clean with reliable A/C, and louvered shutters that keep out most, if not all of the light when sleeping.

We relaxed the minute we walked down the stairs to the house and saw the beautiful view over the Adriatic. Our group of two couples loved the many outdoor areas, the comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have a BBQ too. Vincenzo and Giulia were fantastic hosts and were very helpful. Castro is a lovely town on the south coast and we definitely recommend Casa Le Radici.

Alina and her husband are extremely kind and helpful people. The house is well-kept and the location is strategic for reaching the beautiful and wonderful beaches of the surrounding area.

Maria Lucia was an attentive, present and very kind host. The apartment had just been renovated and we were the first to stay. Spacious, clean and cozy. The patio is an added value, beautiful for summer evenings. The location is strategic, convenient to downtown, beaches and markets. Quiet area and very convenient to reach. Covered parking is also convenient. What can I say??!! Beautiful stay. Thank you Maria Lucia, we will be back.

I love places with a sea view from above. I loved this place. Especially the room on the ground floor... From where I could admire the magical sunrise every morning! Antonella was very welcoming and always responsive! The only flaw is not being able to access the sea directly from there. It would be fabulous if they could find a way to do it. The place is suitable for those who love tranquility, the wind and the sound of the sea! ❤️

The place looks even better than the pictures - and it is perfect for short and long term stays. Simone has been incredibly flexible, kind and welcoming. Providing tips about surroundings and was lovely talk and interact with him. Cannot think of a better place where to stay in Nardo. I highly recommend it !

We stayed in Mary’s home for 3 weeks. It may be our favorite vacation rental ever! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals….there’s even a wood burning fireplace in the kitchen (with wood provided)! Her artistic personality shows throughout; the restoration, her taste in decorating, the artwork on every wall. We had lunches on the beautiful rooftop terrace most days ( stairs are steep, of course…it’s on the roof). Check in was simple and Mary responded to questions quickly. Nardo is a beautiful quiet town, with great restaurants serving Salento cuisine. We were sad to leave, but maybe we’ll be back! Thank you, Mary, for sharing your home. Judith and Stephen

The place is very nice and cozy, with a private entrance area and wonderful roof terrace! The Airbnb is located in the middle of the town, there is also free parking closeby. We loved the local goodies and the recommendation booklet. Would totally recommend!

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Maria is the best host in the world. They helped me to rent a car, they looked for me at the station of a nearby village and even gave me their prosciutto and a wine for the first night. Friendly and generous. Maria and Mauricio are special. I just have words of thanks. And the place is a spectacular beauty. An ideal confabulation for the perfect vacation.

Words cannot describe how immensely special and beautiful this home is. Even the walls have soul! Every bedroom is in its own floor, which felt very private. The home is decorated beyond beautifully and is within walking distance of everything on the island, including amazing restaurants. What words cannot explain is how after staying at many Airbnb’s throughout our travels, the host is BEYOND amazing. She provided customized recommendations for everything on the island based on her experiences (the home is a beautifully restored family home)…. Places that avoided the typical tourist traps. She made sure we were absolutely comfortable, going out of her way at every opportunity. If her parking space is free, without a doubt, I recommend getting it as parking is very limited on the island. The view is literally the best in all of Gallipoli. Literally. Enjoyed so many gorgeous sunsets on 5 different terraces!!!!! Of course, the top one with a 360 degree view could not be beat!!!

Antonio is a very kind: always available and able to provide excellent accommodation for your stay. Very clean, tidy rooms with the essentials to enjoy a few days off from the hustle and bustle of work. Upon arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine and as if that were not enough there were coffee pods and pods for the washing machine. Thanks to Antonio and congratulations on everything!
