First, the positive: The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful & always available (even at night). The cameras were also deactivated on request. The location is quiet & private. For motorsport fans, the proximity to the race track is a highlight – usually only audible on weekends. The garden offers a small slide, swing and barbecue. Especially pleasant: air conditioning in all rooms. A few tips for realistic expectations: The pool is smaller than expected, but refreshing. The beach Playa L'Almadrava is not within walking distance directly around the corner but can be reached quickly by car (Info: from there you can see a nuclear power plant – but it did not bother us). The house was basically clean, but there were some mould spots in the bathrooms. A car is necessary, as there is only a small bar and a supermarket with very limited opening hours nearby. Too bad: bed linen and towels cost extra. Conclusion: We had a very nice time overall. Thank you!

We had a very quiet weekend surrounded by nature. 💚 And being able to be with the horses next to the house was wonderful. Thank you very much

very beautiful villa in the middle of the trees with a large swimming pool. Very quiet place. The living room is superb, the bedrooms are very good too. Just missing in the kitchen larger and newer fridges and a coffee bean machine would be great. Otherwise, nothing to repeat. Go there with your eyes closed. Thanks to Simon for his responsiveness and advice.

The house is the same or better than the pictures. We loved being there for a few days of disconnection. Everything was impeccable and the house was super comfortable. We'll be back!!

What a lovely house Eric and Anja have in Calafat! Especially the garden is very beautiful and complete; 100% privacy, perfect swimming pool, great loungers, spacious, beautiful plants and always a nice place to stay. Inside, the house also has a good layout and well-functioning air conditioning. There is ample parking space for several cars on the premises. Laundry room, dishwasher, bbq; everything works fine. And also very clean on arrival! Calafat is a nice community with a cozy square with a small supermarket, nice terrace to make coffee, where you can play padel, a few small beaches and a race circuit. All within reasonable walking distance. If you stay longer, Calafat is a nice starting point for larger beaches and places like Cambrils and Peniscola, but a private car is recommended. Finally; Anja provided us with all the tips to do or eat in the area, Eric was immediately available when we had questions about the house. That was also fine!!

A house tastefully decorated and very well equipped. A peaceful haven with an equally pleasant exterior with swimming pool and garden. A flexible host who is responsive to messages. We recommend this place.

Our stay at Emma’s place was so wonderful that it made us sad to leave. The house sits right on a beautiful, peaceful rock beach where we watched the sun set while enjoying the backyard each afternoon. Its location is perfectly situated near other beaches and calas to visit as well. We brought our 15-month-old along, and she was so happy to have toys and books to play with, and the crib and high chair were provided without any hassle. I hope we can come back one day soon! This was the perfect beach getaway our family needed.

Núria's place was superb. Set over 3 floors, the residence is stylishly decorated throughout. Arrival instructions were easy to follow. House was spotless, beds comfortable, inner courtyard was a lovely place to hang out. There is a rooftop area which looked great but we couldn't use it due to rain storms on 2 evenings. An excellent Airbnb that I would gladly book again.

We came to Spain to climb. The location was perfect. The town has all the charm needed for a perfect time in Spain. The home was configured with a loft and rooftop patio overlooking the city. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Little markets around town to cover your food for dine in experience, several very nice restaurants for dining out.Highly recommended and we would certainly stay here again. The hosts were friendly and incredibly helpful.

If you're looking for tranquility and to disconnect from everything... this is the place for you!! Carles is a superhost and his accommodation is very cozy. We had the opportunity to eat at his restaurant and the experience was great, so we'll be back for sure as soon as possible. Thank you!!

Absolutely beautiful house in the mountains, quiet village with lots to do and the pool is amazing and clean. Jordi was a perfect host and resolved immediately any problems that arise. Thank you very much and will stay there again for sure!!!

I loved it here and would definitely love to come back, also gladly again for a longer time. The place is a small stone cottage with bed, table and oven. In February, I used the oven in the evening until today, which worked great. There is no running water in the cabin, but Martha provides a 6L canister. But it makes sense to bring drinking water or a power bank and maybe some light (headlamp, flashlight, etc., if you have the opportunity). Martha's kitchen and also the shower can be used. It is wonderfully quiet here in the mountains and a perfect place to come down and explore nature. For my car, the road was no problem, especially if you drive slowly it is quite feasible. I recommend it 100% if you are willing to live without great "luxury" and close to nature.

Amazing stay, right in the middle of nature, peaceful and quiet!

everything perfect, very clean, the only thing I didn't like was the narrow streets of the village for the car. As for the accommodation and the host, everything was wonderful. and even left us a welcome note and a magnet. We were very comfortable, everything was perfect

This Airbnb fell directly into the category "stunning". When checking in, we were immediately absolutely delighted and speechless! The garden and pool area is just beautiful and super cozy! Also we adults had good time in that well-maintained and clean pool! In the larger bedroom, the bed is very large and cozy. Mattress was perfect for us! There is also a small TV! The location is a dream! In a few minutes you can walk to a small supermarket as well as a bar and restaurant. There are several coves within walking distance. The nearest bay is a maximum of 5 minutes away and has a beach bar with fair prices! Great! A large supermarket and numerous other beaches / coves can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Alejandro is a great host! We didn't want to leave! Absolute recommendation!
