First, the positive: The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful & always available (even at night). The cameras were also deactivated on request. The location is quiet & private. For motorsport fans, the proximity to the race track is a highlight – usually only audible on weekends. The garden offers a small slide, swing and barbecue. Especially pleasant: air conditioning in all rooms. A few tips for realistic expectations: The pool is smaller than expected, but refreshing. The beach Playa L'Almadrava is not within walking distance directly around the corner but can be reached quickly by car (Info: from there you can see a nuclear power plant – but it did not bother us). The house was basically clean, but there were some mould spots in the bathrooms. A car is necessary, as there is only a small bar and a supermarket with very limited opening hours nearby. Too bad: bed linen and towels cost extra. Conclusion: We had a very nice time overall. Thank you!

very beautiful villa in the middle of the trees with a large swimming pool. Very quiet place. The living room is superb, the bedrooms are very good too. Just missing in the kitchen larger and newer fridges and a coffee bean machine would be great. Otherwise, nothing to repeat. Go there with your eyes closed. Thanks to Simon for his responsiveness and advice.

The house is the same or better than the pictures. We loved being there for a few days of disconnection. Everything was impeccable and the house was super comfortable. We'll be back!!

What a lovely house Eric and Anja have in Calafat! Especially the garden is very beautiful and complete; 100% privacy, perfect swimming pool, great loungers, spacious, beautiful plants and always a nice place to stay. Inside, the house also has a good layout and well-functioning air conditioning. There is ample parking space for several cars on the premises. Laundry room, dishwasher, bbq; everything works fine. And also very clean on arrival! Calafat is a nice community with a cozy square with a small supermarket, nice terrace to make coffee, where you can play padel, a few small beaches and a race circuit. All within reasonable walking distance. If you stay longer, Calafat is a nice starting point for larger beaches and places like Cambrils and Peniscola, but a private car is recommended. Finally; Anja provided us with all the tips to do or eat in the area, Eric was immediately available when we had questions about the house. That was also fine!!

We had a great time. The place is the same as the photos. All clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the place very much, felt right at home, and everything we needed was there. It was very cold over X-mass and New Year, but we had enough wood for the fireplace to keep the appartement warm. The location is perfect: close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. We can really recommend the place. Alberto was also very helpful and responsive in our communication. The stay at Villa Las Palmeras went very well! We were there as a family and enjoyed both the surroundings and the pool and garden. The outdoor table is perfect for outdoor dining. Alejandro was a very good host, attentive at all times. Thank you and see you next time!

Our stay at Emma’s place was so wonderful that it made us sad to leave. The house sits right on a beautiful, peaceful rock beach where we watched the sun set while enjoying the backyard each afternoon. Its location is perfectly situated near other beaches and calas to visit as well. We brought our 15-month-old along, and she was so happy to have toys and books to play with, and the crib and high chair were provided without any hassle. I hope we can come back one day soon! This was the perfect beach getaway our family needed.

A wonderful experience! The house is beautiful, cozy and located in a charming place. Everything was very clean, well cared for and you could see the love in every detail. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. I would definitely go again a thousand times more. Thank you for everything!

For us, it's a real luxury to be able to travel with our dogs. We are very grateful to Jordi for opening the door of his home to our multi-species family. The house exceeded our expectations and more than met our needs. The environment is very quiet, (it was what we were looking for) and we were very pleasantly surprised by its beauty. Jordi was very attentive, cordial and kind, and recommended activities to do in the area during our stay. Definitely a place to return.

We had a fantastic stay here, two adults and two young children. The apartment is great and the pool is stunning. Very nice, quiet and friendly neighbourhood, a brilliant place for a relaxing holiday. Gloria is a superb host. Very welcoming, helpful and kind. Excellent communication and happy to help when we needed something. We would stay here again.

Núria's place was superb. Set over 3 floors, the residence is stylishly decorated throughout. Arrival instructions were easy to follow. House was spotless, beds comfortable, inner courtyard was a lovely place to hang out. There is a rooftop area which looked great but we couldn't use it due to rain storms on 2 evenings. An excellent Airbnb that I would gladly book again.

I loved it here and would definitely love to come back, also gladly again for a longer time. The place is a small stone cottage with bed, table and oven. In February, I used the oven in the evening until today, which worked great. There is no running water in the cabin, but Martha provides a 6L canister. But it makes sense to bring drinking water or a power bank and maybe some light (headlamp, flashlight, etc., if you have the opportunity). Martha's kitchen and also the shower can be used. It is wonderfully quiet here in the mountains and a perfect place to come down and explore nature. For my car, the road was no problem, especially if you drive slowly it is quite feasible. I recommend it 100% if you are willing to live without great "luxury" and close to nature.
