It is a small lake, with clear and rather cold water, as it comes mainly from underground sources. No motorized boats (gasoline). Private land, with lots of trees. Campfire area. Forest just behind, with beautiful trails. A snowmobile trail is nearby.

Fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, toiletries and laundry in the bathroom. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk away. A futon and bedding are available for troubleshooting.
