Each room equiped with a new AC and a flat screen tv, wifi, closet and their own bathroom. The villa has a AC in the living room and dining area, and an open concept living room. The expansive terrace with a beautiful climatized pool and lush garden so guests can enjoy. A 3 minute drive to minitas beach, 7 minute to the marina and chavon. Full time staff (maid/cook) included.
