Cozy apartment with an excellent location in the city center, steps away from Main Avenue. Easy walk to lots of sights, shops and restaurants. The apartment has all of the amenities required for your stay and most important a reliable internet. Located in a second floor decorated with a nice interior wood design. If you are a light sleeper then I would not recommend, the location is noisy as it is in the middle of the city with a bus station outside the building.

It is a loft with a mezzanine bedroom, built in 2017 under the building code so it is a very solid and anti-seismic structure. It has a vintage decoration. It is very private in a very quiet but comfortable neighborhood because there are all kinds of shops in its surroundings including restaurants, banks, bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, clothing store among others. This place is suitable for everyone regardless of where they come from, without discrimination.
