We chose the apartment due to its location, which is in fact excellent, with many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around, most of the time we did our activities on foot and in total safety. The apartment is on a beautiful street, in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. It even had a good hair dryer, iron, plug adapters and first aid kit. Clean bathroom, with several towels and personal hygiene items. The hosts were attentive and very receptive, with good communication, they gave us several tips for tours, itineraries, where to buy wines, and made our stay more pleasant! We will definitely return !

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Our stay at Dani’s was amazing and completely worth the value. Although the apartment was not spotless, it has so much charm and character from personalized furniture and decor. The location is amazing, very short walk to La Boca and San Telmo. And the view from the balcony is beautiful, both during sunrise and the city lights at night.

Very happy with my time there, everything was very comfortable, with a car it must be the best way to take advantage of it. Quiet but with quick access to the avenue. The only thing to mention is the lack of an electric kettle and the instability and slow speed of the internet. I had to use my mobile data and after 7 days I needed to buy extra gigabytes for stable use in work meetings and personal use on many occasions. I liked the rest a lot. There is a supermarket nearby, the Austral hospital is very close for any emergency (I had one, and it was very useful to be so close). Shopping is also nearby. The super relaxed and friendly service. The checkout gave me a flexible schedule of a few extra hours, which was very good for me to accommodate everything well before I left. Very happy, and with a little faster wifi (for remote work) if I get the chance again I'd love to take advantage of it.

We had a great family stay, the place is as it looks in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course we will return and recommend the accommodation.

Excellent! It's just as you can see in the photos and better. We spent a month in Nicolas's house, it has all the amenities and is a very quiet area. Nicolas is very kind and was always attentive. We'll be back!

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's department was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!
