The meticulously designed interior lives up to the high standards set outdoors. Our home is equipped with high speed internet and several work stations which makes us perfect for families looking to change their remote work and distance learning environments. Our home is also equipped with a wonderful unheated pool that is ideal in the spring and summer months. We've worked hard on every detail to make this a memorable vacation home. This stunningly beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect destination for a tranquil stay, family vacation, a romantic weekend getaway, small wedding and everything in between! From our beautifully manicured landscaping to the meticulously designed interior to our private backyard with unobstructed views of the surrounding Santa Rosa mountains, Las Palmas de Bermudas has everything you need to make your next stay as enjoyable and peaceful as possible. The exterior of our home offers two custom fire pits; one is located in the front spanish courtyard for more intimate gatherings and one larger fire pit adorns the backyard for larger group settings. With over 8,000 sq. ft. of entertaining space, lush green grass, twinkle light lanterns, multiple seating areas, BBQ grill, a pool and intimate outdoor lighting, our backyard is truly one-of-a-kind. Please note: the pool is not heated. The interior of the home offers a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A dining table seats 6 comfortably. A formal living room provides a warm and intimate setting to enjoy a book or watch your favorite show on our 55" Smart TV. The Master Suite offers a king bed, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a master bathroom with private access to the backyard. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with ceiling fan and closet. Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed equipped with a double and twin mattresses. Bedroom 3 also offers a pullout queen-sized couch for additional sleeping accommodations. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a ceiling fan as well. All bedrooms come with ample storage, luggage racks and well-placed USB plug-ins to conveniently charge your electronics. The guest bathroom is located adjacent to Bedrooms 2&3 and is adorned with a sky light that provides a gorgeous amount of natural light throughout the day. We have many amenities to help your stay with your little ones - please ask us for more details! Other amenities include high quality linens and bath & pool towels, fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, and steam iron, driveway and ample street parking. Looking to host an event? The famous 'Cove to Lake Trail' is located 1.4 miles from the house and offers unbridled access to the Santa Rosa Mountain range. Our home is also less than 1 mile from Old Town La Quinta - the town center for boutique shopping, day spas, restaurants, wine bars and the locals' favorite, La Quinta Brewing Co. Tap Room. Sip on a cup of Keurig coffee in the morning and stroll around the picturesque grounds at the base of the Santa Rosa mountains or take a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort next door for some great dining options. TV is equipped with Roku/Netflix/Hulu/Prime. Our villa location can't be beat! It is next to the long blue Paseo fountain - the most beautiful of all fountains within Legacy Villas. Our attention to detail and high standards as hoteliers are evident in the villa's cleanliness and maintenance. Studio can also be rented to our connecting 2-bedroom villa with kitchen (see listing on our profile) to make it a 3-bedroom villa. We have invested in high-end home automation to make your stay more convenient & comfortable - including an Amazon Alexa for voice-controlled music & more. There is cable TV and a google Chromecast device so you can stream shows from your laptop, tablet, or phone. The VERY small kitchenette is essentially an enhanced wet bar. Although it has the basics, it shouldn't be relied upon for regular cooking. Guests will have full access to the villa, including complimentary access to all pools and the on-site fitness center. We're available via phone or text at any time but won't be around during your stay. Nestled into a cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the apartment is set in La Quinta within a resort-style neighborhood offering access to shared pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Dining, shopping, and golfing are a short drive away. There is an on-site restaurant at the main pool (90 second walk from our villa) that is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 2pm, except during summer months.

In these uncertain times, we highly recommend travel insurance! Per standard practices in Palm Springs, Pool + Spa heat is optional, for an additional cost ($50-100 per day, depending on time.) Taxes are included in booking, and you must be 25 to rent. This rental is for the whole house, yard, pool, view of the mountains, peace love and happiness! PS City ID: 3157.
