On the ground floor you will enjoy a kitchen/dining room, a large diaphanous space with all kinds of details, and a full bathroom. You will find in the same room the kitchen equipped with everything you need, in case you want to make use of it, a dining area with a table and two chairs, a seating area with a comfortable sofa and a 55”TV. On the second floor you will find two fully equipped rooms, work area with a living room with sofa bed, a full bathroom and a patio to enjoy the tranquility, after a day of sightseeing. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with a comfortable king size bed 150*190 cm and a living room with sofa-bed. You will have access to a patio where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. In addition, the apartment has heating and air conditioning. You will be able to use the entire apartment. No parties or events. Parties are not permitted. No noise from 10pm to 10am. No Smoking (€50 PENALTY) We offer maid service during your stay with an extra fee. Smoking in the unit is strictly prohibited. You have to keep quiet hours from 22 hrs to 8 hrs

The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
