The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use grill/quincho you have to book 7 days in advance. We consulted the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no inconvenience.

Adrian's apartment is very well located, despite being on a busy avenue, no noise is heard in the apartment. The apartment is good size and well-equipped for 2 people. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Recommended !

I felt right at home here. It’s one of those Airbnbs that is difficult to leave to explore the city. The balcony was full of plants and looked out onto a tree. I left the balcony doors open most days while I was there and enjoyed the fresh air waft in. I only wish I had asked the host for more recommendations! If I return to BsAs again, I hope this place is available. It’s not a house or apartment, it is a home…at least my home away from home.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I very much enjoyed my stay but after 2 weeks my back and hip experienced some soreness. The reason was due to the bed. Much too soft for me. So if you require a firm mattress this is not for you.

The apartment is super bright, comfortable. I'm not missing anything for my liking. It is 5 minutes walk from the Movistar which is great if you have any recital there, and walk this 15 minutes from palermo. Excellent. Cesar is always available! I highly recommend it!

Amazing apartment. Modern, in a beautiful area, with everything I needed. Very clean and the host Exc, always available and responsive. Really, to be honest, the apartment is much more than what you show in photos. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again.

Great little apartment! Loved having a washer/dryer. Lots of shelves in the bedroom. Handy plugs and lamps next to both sides of the bed. I appreciated the fresh roll of paper towels and new bar of soap.

The apartment is cozy and was clean. It's simple, but it had everything I needed. Our host Florencia was flexible and attentive to help with the best arrival and stay. The building structure has little acoustic insulation, so you will hear noise from the neighbors. The apartment is ideal for those who want to stay close to everything in the center for an affordable price in a comfortable stay.

Great place and amazing hosts! Had to travel for work and the place was even better than expected. You have everything at walking distance and the subte takes you pretty much wherever you want to go in the city.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment! The place is perfect, with an incredible view and everything very clean, as shown in the photos. The structure of the apartment and common areas is excellent. The host was very attentive, left us water, Coca-Cola, cookies, coffee capsules and plug adapters, which was a nice detail. He always responded quickly and very kindly. My mom loved the stay too. We only have compliments for the host and the place. Would definitely go back!

We had a very satisfying stay. The apartment is bright, with access to green areas, comfortable and faithful to the description. The downtown and quiet location is a big plus. María Elena was very friendly and communication was always fluent. ¡Highly recommended!

A suitable stay for students, some issues with the wifi issue but everything can be solved. you can prepare food and sleep quietly

The apartment is extremely comfortable, with a good transverse layout, great views over Plaza Paso, very good natural light and good privacy secured, having the separate living/dining rooms down a long hallway. The master bathroom is extremely functional, having the sink separate from the toilette and the shower and bathtub. A second toilette in the living room provides additional comfort. Juan Martin, the host, is very friendly, helpful and attentive. I 100% recommend this apartment and I will definitely keep it in mind in my return to La Plata.
