The resort has wonderful amenities and is on a beautiful stretch of the Colorado River. There is even a 50 ft water slide and play structures for kids. ATV trails nearby and boat launch on site as well.

The back bedroom has another refrigerator for more food and alcohol. Located by the Parker Strip, plenty of parking for your boat and or your off-road toys. Walking distance from the public boat launch ramp. On the property is an outside laundry room with a full-size shower and toilet. Close to all the bars and restaurants on the Parker strip.
