We had a great family stay, the place is as it looks in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course we will return and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The apartment was very nice and in a great location, about a 15-minute speed walk to Palermo and just two blocks from a Subtle station. There are also several good coffee shops nearby, which was a plus. The gym in the building is a bit run down and mostly has cardio equipment, not much for weights — but I found another gym in the neighborhood that offers day passes, two-week, or monthly options. The host was very responsive and fixed a small issue I had at checkin within an hour, which I really appreciated. Overall, I think it was a great value and I had a really nice stay.

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!

First time in Buenos Aires. We did practically everything on foot, subway and bus and the location helped a lot to make this happen. Close to everything. The place is extremely clean, pleasant and very comfortable. Extremely clean and quality bedding. We'll be back soon. Thank you so much for the stay. 🙌🙏

I really enjoyed my stay here. For what I paid, it was a very good deal. The common amenities were fantastic. The views were great. Enjoyed the city life all around. Great location. The place had a very nice aesthetic. Some of the furnishings were a little on the cheaper side; however, for what I paid, I cannot complain. It was a fantastic stay. The main center light was a little annoying, however, all the dim accent lights were amazing. Love the place, I would stay here again.

The apartment is spacious, cute and has the amazing view that you see in the photos. Host is very helpful and friendly.

Mari is loving. I came for work, I arrived at the apartment late, I called her and she answered to help me. I went in and there was a homemade bun, the apartment was impeccable, the decoration is beautiful, it looks like Pinterest. I'd go back!

It is an area with a great variety of restaurants and supermarkets, all on the same block block, an excellent large heated pool for swimming, a competitive gym, changing rooms, cinema, work area with WiFi access highly recommended place. We had a great time, there were 4 of us, and the 2 bathrooms fix the stay. The cleanliness very well and it is very close to my sister's house which was what we were looking for.

EVERYTHING EXCELLENT,RECOMMENDED

Lovely spacious place that has everything you need for a family with kids . We especially liked the availability of a full laundry in the apartment and the perfect filling of the kitchen ! We stayed in this apartment for a week and are returning to it for another month . The living room is great for longer stays .

I highly recommend this apartment. It is beautiful and clean, just like in the photos. I spent almost two months there, while studying and getting to know Buenos Aires. The location is great, there is a subway 15 minutes away, lots of cafes, very close to Palermo as well. Karina was truly great. She helped me with everything that I needed and responded immediately. I had a wonderful experience!
