It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Ideal for exploring Lyon, this apartment has been renovated using high-end materials... Very unique, with a stone wall, a ‘canut’ ceiling, and plenty of character. It features a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a mezzanine bedroom... Very well equipped – you’ll find everything you need for cooking (induction hob, Samsung microwave and oven, coffee maker, etc.). You'll appreciate its unique decor, its lively neighborhood—one of the most elegant in Lyon—its proximity to public transportation, and the complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bread, butter, jams, and fruit juice). The building's facade will be renovated from mid-September 2026 until the end of February 2027.
