A splendid oceanfront view, over the entire right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and the boardwalk are steps away! For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a peaceful park with trees. We would like to point out that the room is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility of walking around a large pond or we provide a boat for a quiet moment of relaxation on the water. 3 min drive from Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, convenience store...), 25 min from Les Sables d'Olonne and its beaches, 1 hour from Puy du Fou and access to the GR path at the doors of the studio

It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).
