New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The grandparents' house, beautiful and spacious house located 7 minutes from the center of Lerma, 15 minutes to Toluca International Airport and the Lerma outlets, is 300 meters from UAM University, to get to the house from the main avenue you only have to go through 200 meters of terracería.
