F2 of 35 m2, ground floor with a bright air-conditioned bedroom, pool and ocean views (new bedding in 160), shower room, separate toilet, dining kitchen, 20 m2 covered veranda with ocean views. The accommodation is attached to the owner's house but with independent entrance. You will have access to the private pool. Accommodation located on Chemin Summer in St Gilles les Bains, 15 min walk to Les Roches Noires beach. You can park your vehicle in front of the house.

Caz Phelsuma

This F2-type accommodation is located on the first floor of my house, in a quiet area, close to shops and highways connecting St Denis in 20 minutes, St Paul in 10 minutes and the lagoon of St Gilles in 20 minutes. It consists of a bright bedroom overlooking a balcony, a separate and fully equipped private kitchen and a bathroom with double sink and private toilet. The Rosthon Park health course is a 2-minute walk away and the access to the hiking trails is nearby.

Nice 50 square meter outbuilding in the back of the owners' house. Private access to the accommodation. The small house consists of a bedroom with comfortable bedding, a bathroom, living room with sofa bed (2 people). The kitchen is perfectly equipped to accommodate 4 people. An outdoor area will allow you to dine. The house is located in a quiet area, a short walk to the coastal road and downtown Saint Denis (walking distance).
