It is quiet, facing south with a shared terrace Essentials: -draps and towels -Dishes -micro-wave -frigo - kettle - WiFi - free parking in the blue zone in the street (2 hours), possibility of free and unlimited parking further away (no parking in the cul-de-sac). It is 800 m from the train station (10 min walk). Access to the A84 motorway off the city.

Nice house for 6 guests. The house consists of a living room/lounge with pellet stove, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower. You also enjoy a terrace with a south-facing barbecue as well as a private outdoor area. Linens included (sheets + towels) Beds are made on arrival. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron. Parking for up to two vehicles.

In order to spend a holiday in the countryside, Manche center, halfway (13 km) to Saint-Lô and Coutances, in a country village, I offer you this furnished house on one level.
