Minimalist house on the top floor, surrounded by greenery, with terrace, large balcony and view of the equestrian centre. It works as a 3rd floor. Bright loft, super king bed, double glazing, radiant slab, air conditioning and blackout curtains on all windows. Separate entrance, good insulation. My workshop is on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 minutes from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.
