Villa holiday rentals in La Línea de la Concepción

We decided to extend our holiday in Spain for a weekend and chose this beautiful villa. The main advantage of this villa is its beautiful view in the day and at night time. This is a truly amazing location. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. James is very responsive and friendly. He was always in touch. He was always ready to help with the house and its settings. I highly recommend it! Don't forget to buy a bottle of wine to enjoy the beautiful view with a glass on the balcony!)

Great place to stay for a big group, beautiful outdoor areas, garden and swimming pool. Fantastic time had during our stay.

El lugar bello como en las fotos, bien equipado, alejado del ajetreo, con mucha privacidad. El único pero es que la gerencia solo está disponible para contactar hasta las 6pm (y máximo hasta las 8pm para "emergencias") y tuve que llamarles en la mañana del día siguiente para que resolviera un tema de una ducha que se atascaba - que sí vinieron a arreglar. Considerando que con el checkin empezando a las 4pm, lo de no contactar más tarde de las 6pm va bastante justo si se identifica algún problema.

We enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s place! Although it is quite far from the places we went to, the space and the views of the Airbnb was worth it. It was located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. My favourite thing about the property is that you’re able to see the sunrise and sunset. The outside area is beautiful as it overlooks the mountains, ocean, pool and the golf course. Very charming property both inside and outside. The only issue we had was that there was a mix up with the cleaners and there were no extra paper towels, toilet paper or hand soaps in the washroom so we did have to purchase that at our own expense.

The house, located in a quiet area, was modern, well-equipped, and perfectly sized for our group. The outdoor kitchen offered great opportunities for cooking and dining together outside. During the warm days, the children enjoyed spending time in the pool, and on a cooler evening, the sauna was a pleasant way to warm up. Tennis and padel courts are within walking distance, adding even more to the experience.

Wir haben uns von Tag eins an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist toll und besonders die Außenanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Paddletennis, Basketball, Pool und eine tolle Aussicht auf die Straße von Gibraltar. El Cuarton ist sehr ruhig. Man fährt in gut 10 Minuten nach Tarifa für Besorgungen, oder Restaurantbesuche. Wir würden wiederkommen!!

Wir sind spät abends, also im dunkeln, von Yolanda, der Hausdame bergein-/ aufwärts mit dem Auto zum Haus geleitet worden. Die Übergabe erfolgte noch am Abend. Am nä. Morgen waren wir alle überwältigt von dem Ausblick, dem Ausmaß des Grundstücks, des sehr gepflegten Garten und natürlich beiden Gästehäusern sowie dem Haupthaus. Die Austattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir waren alle sehr schnell mit allem vertraut und ein Wohlgefühl war bei allen erkennbar. Wer Ruhe, Exclusivität sucht, findet es hier….. Unser Tipp: wenn möglich, fahrt auf dem Weg dorthin, ausgiebig einkaufen. Somit steht einem tollen Urlaub nichts mehr im Wege….. Der gepflegte Pool war ein tägliches Muss😉. Das Grundstück ist nur über ein gr. elektr. Tor u erreichen, es vermittelt vorallendingen Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Trotzdem: in ca. 25 /30min. ist man wieder zurück im Trubel von Marbella und allem was dazu gehört….. Viel Freude🎉

Casa Esmerdo is private and away from the hustle and bustle of Estepona but only a 10-15 min drive into the centre. We like peace and quiet so it was perfect for us and the views are fantastic and they have such beautiful landscaping too which make it feel very private from the few other houses in the hamlet. The house is not designer, it’s a home and comfortable and the outside area is the star of the house. It’s a very easy house to relax in and it is well stocked in the kitchen. We have stayed in fancier looking houses but this is the most enjoyable holiday rental we have stayed in for its comfort, position and ease of relaxation. It has the things that matter and the owners clearly care about maintaining it properly since they use it regularly themselves. So many holiday homes are style over substance but this home is just lovely for a family and the agents are faultless and very very good at their job.

La casa estaba impecable y cumplía con todo lo que se describe en la descripción. Nos pusieron cunas de viaje, lo cual fue un detalle dado que veníamos con bebés pequeños. La casa te hace sentir que estás como en casa, con muy buen equipamiento, espacios amplios y buenos acabados. La urbanización es muy tranquila. Los anfitriones nos permitieron quedarnos hasta después de comer, lo cual nos vino genial para aprovechar el fin de semana. Muy recomendable.

Un lieu exceptionnel habité par des hôtes prévenants et très accueillants. La maison possède énormément de charme et tout ce qu'il faut pour être heureux en vacances, avec la famille ou entre amis. Elle laisse d'autant plus découvrir sa sensibilité et sa simplicité avec tous ceux qui en prendront soin. Un de mes meilleurs choix sur ce site !

Rebecca gave us firstly the best house to make some holiday and secondly the service was incredible. We had contact with her Assistent Jenna and she was clearly the best for this job. We had a great time and clearly come back!!! Thank you.

Una casa davvero bella, stile minimale e la piscina è la ciliegina sulla torta. C'è qualsiasi cosa che si può pensare in una casa, figuriamoci in una casa vacanza!! Lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, un bagno per ogni camera più quello degli ospiti, e tanto tanto altro ancora! Con un paio di accorgimenti in più è veramente perfetta, sicuramente ci rivedremo nelle mie prossime fermate a Marbella!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this villa. It was pristine when we arrived and very well laid out. The grounds were stunning and I don't think this could be conveyed in the photos. Everything about the villa was fabulous. The master bedroom and ensuite were gorgeous. The pool was great, even in April, and the views were amazing. I don't think we've stayed somewhere which was so perfect! Would definitely return. ❤️

A fantastic stay in a wonderful private villa. The grounds are massive and inside the villa is peaceful and calming. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Marie was always responsive and helpful too. All in all I’d recommend.

The villa is perfect for families, lots of space, beautiful pool, peaceful, relaxing surroundings. The villa was very safe and comfortable.

Really lovely villa. Catered to 6 adults and an infant perfectly. Nice walk to the marina (40 mins) and a cheap taxi to marina or old town when you use local taxis. Aldi store next door was great for food / beer shopping and has everything you need for your stay. The villa was perfectly clean, Andrew was super attentive and helpful, Juan the pool guy was lovely, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Some local construction going on but wasn’t noisy and or troublesome at all. Would def recommend.

Such a beautiful home - feels incredibly private and secluded and the views are really breathtaking. We loved exploring Gaucin (only a 15 min drive away) and the town San Pablo de Buceite nearby has a small supermarket stocked with all you'll need. So many nice areas to sit and lounge around and we all had comfortable sleeps in the bedrooms (the guesthouse is particularly spacious!). Worth bearing in mind there's no oven (only hobs and the BBQ) but we didn't find this a problem. We'd love to come back!

We spent two wonderful weeks in Tarifa. We are two families with five small children age 1-9 and thoroughly enjoyed the house and its amenities. As others have described, the views are breathtaking. The house is so well designed that you can always eat in the shade outside so even in the mid August heat we could always eat outside and were never too hot. We are windsurfers and kites and enjoyed the Tarifa winds. The main surfing beaches are 20-30 minutes away by car, to Tarifa towns and supermarkets it’s about 15 minutes. Communication with the host was super easy and she fixed a minor issue with the A/C on site immediately. A few nights, the water supply was turned off but always came back early on the morning. We would absolutely recommend the house for a wonderful beach vacation and hope to be back soon!

Wij verbleven de hele maand februari 2025 in dit huis. Het voelde als thuis, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad was nog te koud om in te zwemmen, maar gaf wel dat speciale vakantiegevoel. Het uitzicht is waanzinnig en omdat we mooi weer hadden, was de zonsopgang iedere dag een feest om te aanschouwen. De haven van La Duquesa op loopafstand en erg leuk. De wandeling gaat voor het grootste deel langs de kust, dus erg plezierig. Alain en zijn host ter plaatse Vale zijn erg aardig en reageerden steeds erg snel. Een heerlijk huis op een prachtige locatie, dichtbij veel voorzieningen, maar toch lekker rustig. Een auto is nodig, maar dat geldt voor vrijwel alle accomodaties in Spanje buiten de grote steden. Een aanrader!

Die Unterkunft ist so toll wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, im Pool konnten wir uns wunderbar erfrischen, der Aussengrill war top, das Haus hatte wirklich alles was man braucht und die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! Herzlichen Dank an Ieva!
